Planning packets need owners, not more slides
A capacity forecast pack only works when every chart maps to a decision and a person who will defend it.
Forecast decks grow because nobody wants to remove a chart. Application analytics for infrastructure planning should shrink instead: each page answers one decision — scale, place, retire, or wait.
Assign an owner to every signal in the pack. If no one can explain how the number is produced, it is decoration. Retire it before the next cycle.
Narrative highlights matter more than colour. Leadership remembers the sentence about drift in identity latency; they forget the twelfth sparkline.
